JYSK is hiring a Store Manager Trainee to begin as an Assistant Store Manager, complete five intensive training modules, and progress toward full store responsibility. The role involves coaching and motivating teams, achieving store targets, supporting customers, handling physical store work, and starting hands-on. Candidates should be customer-focused, commercially minded, solution-oriented, flexible, hands-on, and have leadership skills. The position offers a gross monthly salary supplemented by holiday pay and an end-of-year bonus, up to €2500 in annual bonuses, meal and eco-vouchers, a commuting allowance, a 35-hour week, vacation days, and other benefits.
