JYSK is hiring a Store Manager Trainee for a 10-month intensive training program that combines theory and practice, mentorship, and hands-on store experience. The role develops retail leadership, coaching, store-process optimization, customer satisfaction, and team management skills, preparing the trainee to lead their own store afterward. Applicants should have MBO-level work and thinking skills, preferably retail experience, fluent Dutch and English, flexibility, and a results-oriented, sociable attitude.
