JYSK is hiring a Store Manager Trainee to learn retail management through an intensive 10-month program combining theory and practice, followed by managing a store. The role involves leading and coaching teams, achieving commercial goals, optimizing store processes, ensuring customer satisfaction, and working with colleagues. Applicants should have MBO-level working and thinking ability, preferably retail experience and store-process knowledge, fluent Dutch and English, flexibility, and a results-oriented, sociable attitude.
