JYSK is hiring a Store Manager Trainee to complete an intensive 10-month retail management traineeship combining theory and practice. The role develops leadership, coaching, store-process, customer-service, and commercial-management skills before the trainee manages their own store. Applicants should have MBO-level working and thinking skills, preferably retail experience, fluent Dutch and English, flexibility, and a results-oriented, sociable attitude. The position offers a gross starting salary of €2,540–€3,150 per month, bonuses, flexible schedules, insurance, vacation days, and advancement opportunities.
