JYSK is hiring a Store Manager Trainee to begin as an assistant store manager, complete a five-module, five-day training program, and progress toward full store management. The role involves coaching and motivating staff, managing store operations, handling customers and products, and performing physically demanding work. Candidates should be customer-oriented, commercial, solution-focused, flexible, and have leadership skills. The position offers a gross monthly salary supplemented by a holiday allowance and year-end bonus, up to €2,500 in annual bonuses, meal and eco-vouchers, travel allowance, staff discounts, and a 35-hour week with weekend work.
