JYSK is hiring a Store Manager Trainee to complete onboarding and then independently manage a store in the Würzburg area. The role leads and develops the store team, drives sales and KPI performance, ensures excellent customer service, and implements store operations and merchandising activities. Candidates need leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or services, strong customer and sales orientation, initiative, results orientation, and very good German skills at least at C1 level.
