JYSK is hiring a Store Manager Trainee in Roth to develop into a JYSK manager responsible for managing a store and its surrounding area. The role includes leading and developing the store team, driving sales and KPI performance, ensuring excellent customer service, and implementing store operations and merchandising. Candidates need leadership experience in retail, gastronomy, or services, strong customer and sales orientation, initiative, entrepreneurial responsibility, and very good German skills at least at C1 level.
