JYSK is hiring a Store Manager Trainee for its Amberg store. The role includes leading and developing the store team, driving sales and KPI performance, delivering customer service, implementing store concepts, and supporting sales-floor and merchandising activities. Candidates should have leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or services, strong customer and sales orientation, initiative, results orientation, and very good German skills at least at C1 level.
