JYSK is hiring a Store Manager Trainee in Baden-Baden to learn the retail concept and develop into a store leadership professional. After onboarding, the role takes full responsibility for running a store in the Baden-Baden area, including leading and developing the team, driving sales and KPIs, ensuring customer service, and implementing store operations. Candidates need retail, hospitality, or services leadership experience, strong customer and sales orientation, initiative, entrepreneurial thinking, and very good German skills at least at C1.
