JYSK is hiring a Store Manager trainee to begin onboarding at its Warendorf store and later take independent responsibility for operating a store in the Warendorf area. The role leads and develops the store team, drives sales and KPIs, ensures customer service, and supports store operations and merchandising. Candidates need leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or the service sector, strong customer and sales orientation, initiative, entrepreneurial responsibility, and very good German at C1 level.
