JYSK is hiring a Store Manager Trainee to begin onboarding at its Ulm store and then independently manage a store in the Ulm vicinity. The role leads and develops the store team, drives sales and KPI performance, ensures excellent customer service, and supports store operations and merchandising. Candidates need retail, hospitality, or service leadership experience, strong customer and sales orientation, initiative, results orientation, and excellent German skills at least at C1.
