Description
Primark is hiring a Retail Assistant - Team Manager for a 12-month fixed-term program in one of its Italian stores, with the possibility of starting in the North or Central-Southern area. The role begins as a Sales Assistant and progresses to Team Manager through training, with duties including leading and developing a team of at least 10 people, coordinating store areas, managing departments, placing large-volume merchandise orders, and analyzing KPIs. The position is full-time, five days out of seven, with shift availability from Monday to Sunday, and includes health insurance, life and accident insurance, relocation support, and a possible permanent contract after the program.
