Primark is hiring a Retail Assistant - Team Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract in one of its Italian stores, with the possibility to choose between the North Area or Central-South Area. The role begins as a Sales Assistant and progresses to Team Manager after the seventh month, with responsibilities including leading and training a team of at least 10 people, coordinating store areas, managing large-volume orders, and analyzing KPIs. The position is full-time, five days out of seven, with shift availability from Monday to Sunday, and includes relocation support, training, health insurance, and an opportunity for contract confirmation after completion.
