Description
Salomon is hiring a Store Manager for its store in San Sebastian de Los Reyes. The role leads the store team, manages people, operations, customer service, inventory, safety, sales, finance, loss prevention, recruitment, training, and performance targets, while supporting the Assistant Store Manager and team members’ development. Candidates need at least three years of retail leadership experience, preferably in footwear, strong customer and relationship skills, MS Office proficiency, English and Spanish fluency, and availability for evening and weekend shifts.
