PEPCO is hiring a Store Opening Specialist / Visual Merchandiser to coordinate and accompany visual merchandising processes during store openings, ensure brand-compliant product presentation, support existing stores, train retail teams, and collaborate with store teams and the international headquarters. The role requires several years of experience in visual merchandising, store openings, or a comparable position, retail experience, strong German and English skills, a Class B driving licence, and frequent travel within Germany.
