Mister Spex is hiring a Store Operations & Project Manager (m/f/d) to develop and optimize its stores. The role manages store openings, refurbishments, renovations, facility management, store concept development, and improvement projects; coordinates internal departments, external service providers, landlords, and other partners; and tracks timelines, budgets, and priorities. The position requires a relevant degree or comparable qualification, initial experience in store operations, retail, project management, shopfitting, or facility management, project coordination skills, structured and independent work, stakeholder communication, willingness to travel within Germany, and a driver's license.
