Description
Insomnia Cookies is hiring a Bakery Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of a bakery, including staffing, scheduling, labor, inventory, food safety, quality, guest service, and sales performance. The role also involves hiring, coaching, and developing Shift Leaders, Cookie Crew, and Delivery Drivers, while partnering with district leadership and executing local marketing. It requires at least three years of management or leadership experience in a fast-paced customer-facing environment, availability for mid-to-late shifts, weekends, holidays, and a minimum of 45 hours per week.
