Insomnia Cookies is hiring a Store Operations Manager (GM) for its Wichita, Kansas location. The role oversees part-time hourly staff, including shift leaders, cookie crew, and delivery drivers; leads food quality, customer service, employee experience, and store cleanliness; manages inventory; and develops local marketing and in-store recognition programs. The position requires at least three years of management or leadership experience in a restaurant or retail establishment, availability for mid-to-late shifts Thursday through Sunday, strong hospitality and customer-service skills, and familiarity with restaurant or retail business software.
