Description
The Store Operations Reporting Analyst supports retail store operations by preparing recurring and ad hoc reports, analyzing sales, labor, inventory, shrink, customer service, and operating expense performance, and developing dashboards and scorecards. The role partners with Store Operations, field leadership, and cross-functional teams to identify trends, variances, and opportunities, communicate analytical findings, and improve reporting processes and data quality. The position is based in a home office in Coppell, Texas, with a hybrid schedule requiring work from home on Mondays and Fridays and onsite work on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
