Mercadona is hiring a Store Operator for its new supermarket in Setúbal. The role is permanent and full-time, with 40-hour, 5-day workweeks and rotating morning and afternoon shifts, plus a 20-hour and 15-hour schedule option. Duties may include unloading, restocking, fish counter, checkout, bakery and pastry, ready-to-eat food, fruit and vegetables, meat, deli, or cleaning, depending on daily needs. No prior experience is required because training is provided, and the gross annual salary ranges from €15,293 to €20,915 depending on the schedule.
