Leroy Merlin is seeking a Store Manager to improve the store’s economic performance and profitability. The role includes participating in the Store Management Committee, developing commercial and management strategies, monitoring margins, stock turnover, and aged stock, managing budgets and commitments, negotiating partner contracts, training teams on management indicators, and supervising inventory. The position requires higher education in economics, a Category B driver’s license, PC operation experience, and preferably at least two years of management-control experience and retail experience.
