HORNBACH is recruiting a three-year pre-internship and study program for a future store leader. The program begins with a pre-internship in a store on 01.08.2027, followed by theoretical study at one of several partner universities, with increasing annual pay, tuition coverage, and financial support for living costs. The intern will learn store products and processes, participate in business projects and meetings, and gradually take on leadership responsibilities, with potential advancement to team leader or area manager.
