The Store Project Coach manages multiple store remodel projects, oversees timelines, budgets, quality, merchandise placement, fixtures, construction issues, vendors, and stakeholder communication, and directs hourly associates and third-party supervisors. The role requires overnight shifts, frequent domestic travel up to 1,000 miles, and is based out of a home store in Region 75.
