Description
Hillman is hiring a Store Sales Representative to own a territory and serve as the company’s face in multiple home improvement retail stores. The role involves traveling between stores, executing planograms, maintaining displays, stocking and ordering products, resolving in-store issues, documenting service, and building relationships with store associates and managers. Compensation is $18–$20 per hour based on experience, with a car allowance, gas card, flexible schedule, cell phone allowance, full health, dental, and vision benefits, paid time off, retirement and stock purchase plans, and tuition reimbursement. Retail, merchandising, or field service experience is preferred, along with strong communication, independent work, planogram execution, basic Microsoft Office and Windows knowledge, occasional overnight travel, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a valid driver’s license.
