Description
Hillman is hiring a part-time Store Sales Representative to work three days per week for 25 hours. The role owns a store territory, travels between locations, maintains displays and inventory, resolves in-store issues, builds relationships with store associates and managers, and completes service reports and surveys. Compensation is $18–$20 per hour based on experience, with a car allowance, corporate gas card, cell phone allowance, retirement savings plan, employee stock purchase plan, and tuition reimbursement opportunities. Retail, merchandising, or field service experience is preferred, along with strong communication, independent work, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
