Hillman is hiring a Store Sales Representative to own a territory and serve as the company’s face in multiple home improvement retail stores. The role involves traveling between stores, executing planograms, maintaining displays, stocking and ordering products, resolving in-store issues, documenting service, and building relationships with store associates and managers. Compensation is $18–$20 per hour based on experience, with a car allowance, gas card, flexible schedule, cell phone allowance, full health, dental, and vision benefits, paid time off, retirement and stock purchase plans, and tuition reimbursement.
