The Store Specialist supports Ocean State Job Lot stores by providing customer service, processing point-of-sale transactions, maintaining merchandise displays, handling returns and damages, and overseeing assigned associates. The role requires basic math, reading, handwriting, and communication skills; prior retail merchandising, customer service, or cashier experience is preferred. Full-time associates must be available for nights and weekends, and the position requires the ability to lift 35 pounds regularly. Compensation is $14.75–$15.75, with medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
