Description
The Dispensary Supervisor supports daily dispensary operations, directs staff workflow, performs opening and closing procedures, manages customer escalations, coaches and trains Wellness Advisors, maintains compliance and inventory accuracy, troubleshoots POS issues, and ensures a safe environment. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 3–5 years of customer service experience, at least one year leading or mentoring a team, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Compensation is $22–$25 USD, and the company does not offer employment-based visa sponsorship.
