TEKsystems is hiring a Store Technology Support Technician for a contract-to-hire, fully remote position based out of Fairlawn, Ohio. The role provides Tier 2 support for retail store technology, troubleshooting POS systems, networks, peripherals, mobile devices, and other business-critical systems; documenting incidents; coordinating with vendors and field technicians; and assisting with deployments and upgrades. The position requires 3–5 years of IT support experience, retail or POS experience, networking knowledge, Windows and mobile-device support, and ticketing-system familiarity.
