Description
The Store Transition Coordinator manages new and existing Grocery Outlet store changeovers, coordinating with Operations, Legal, Construction, Strategy, Safety, Training, Business Operations, IT, finance, accounting, and other stakeholders. The role leads transition projects in Clarizen, supports Independent Operators with business setup and licensing, oversees asset transactions, manages financial and contractual relationships, prepares documentation, facilitates bank account setups, and improves transition processes. It reports to the Manager - Transition Project and requires an A. or B.S. degree, 0–3 years of accounting, finance, grocery, or retail experience, and strong project-management and communication skills.
