Description
The Storekeeper will manage the restaurant’s storeroom, deliveries, inventory, requisitions, stock movements, purchasing, invoices, supplier prices, and compliance with HACCP and hygiene standards. The role also involves configuring purchasing management software, maintaining data accuracy, and suggesting supply-process improvements. Candidates should have training in logistics, stock management, purchasing, food service, or hospitality, along with IT and stock-management software skills; hospitality experience is an asset.
