Description
The Assistant Store Manager serves as the first-line representative for William Warren Properties customers when the Store Manager is absent and supports daily site operations. Responsibilities include guest service, rental-process management, payments, merchandise and insurance sales, delinquency collection, store inspections, maintenance coordination, cash handling, and custodial duties. The role may be full or part-time and may support multiple sites; preferred qualifications include customer-service or sales experience, cash-handling experience, and weekend availability. Compensation is $18.50–$19.50 per hour plus bonus potential, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other employee benefits.
