Description
The Assistant Store Manager serves as the first-line representative for William Warren Properties customers when the Store Manager is absent and supports daily self-storage site operations. Responsibilities include guest service, rental-process management, payments, merchandise and insurance sales, delinquency collection, store inspections, maintenance coordination, cash handling, and custodial duties. The role may be full- or part-time and may support multiple sites, with a stated hourly range of $19.00 to $21.00 plus competitive bonus potential. Preferred qualifications include customer-service or sales experience, technology familiarity, and retail or service-industry experience; cash-handling experience is required, and weekend availability is required.
