Description
The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager and manages daily operations at self-storage sites, including guest service, sales, payments, delinquency collection, merchandise and insurance sales, truck rentals, facility inspections, maintenance, cash handling, petty cash reconciliation, and vendor coordination. The role may be full or part-time, may cover multiple sites, and requires weekend availability, customer service and sales experience, cash-handling ability, and physical ability to perform maintenance and custodial duties. Compensation is $16.00–$19.00 per hour plus bonus potential, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other employee benefits.
