Description
The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager and manages daily operations at a self-storage site, including guest service, sales, payments, delinquency collection, merchandise and insurance sales, truck rentals, facility inspections, maintenance, cash handling, petty cash reconciliation, and vendor coordination. The role may be full or part-time and may support multiple sites, with compensation of $18.00–$20.00 per hour plus bonus potential. Preferred qualifications include customer service or sales experience, technology proficiency, and retail or service-industry experience; cash handling is required, and weekend availability is required.
