Description
The Store Manager is a full-time, first-line representative for William Warren Properties customers, responsible for operating single or multiple self-storage locations, driving rentals and revenue, managing cash and accounts, providing customer service, maintaining records and inventory, overseeing security and minor maintenance, and directing Storage Consultants and maintenance workers. The role requires cash-handling experience, weekend availability, strong guest-service and sales orientation, and retail or service-industry experience; preferred qualifications include two or more years of customer-service or sales experience and technology proficiency. Compensation is $22.00–$24.00 per hour plus bonus potential, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other employee benefits.
