Shell is hiring for a two-year STR Operations Development Program traineeship in the Netherlands, designed to develop future commercial operators in trading and supply operations. The program exposes participants to contract setup, claims assessment, and transportation logistics, with the goal of preparing them for a trading operations desk. Applicants need a bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably some working experience, strong interest in supply chain, trading, or oil and freight operations, fluent English, and strong communication, analytical, planning, teamwork, and self-motivation skills.
