Schonfeld is hiring a Strat Developer for its Operations team to design and build workflow tooling, automate operations, gather metrics, and enhance operational frameworks across multiple asset classes and departments. The role involves translating business requirements into technical solutions, connecting to existing technology infrastructure, and supporting resource allocation and investment decisions. Candidates should have programming experience with Python, Java, and C++, financial products knowledge, sell-side or buy-side strat/technology experience, strong SQL and dashboarding skills, and experience owning complex systems from scoping through implementation.
