PICA Group is hiring a Strata Manager for its BCS Brisbane Branch to independently manage a portfolio of strata and community schemes. The role provides legislative and governance advice, chairs meetings, oversees maintenance and capital works, manages budgets and levies, resolves disputes, and coordinates with branch support. Candidates need proven independent portfolio experience, strata legislation knowledge, a current eligible Class 2 Strata License or willingness to obtain one, strong meeting and stakeholder leadership, communication, financial, organisational, and systems skills.
