PICA Group is hiring a Strata Manager to independently manage a portfolio of strata and community schemes, providing legislative and governance advice, chairing meetings, overseeing maintenance and capital works, managing budgets and levies, and resolving disputes. The role requires proven independent portfolio experience, knowledge of strata legislation, a current eligible Class 2 Strata License or willingness to obtain one at company expense, strong stakeholder and communication skills, and familiarity with strata management systems.
