CCC is hiring a Strategic Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with a small number of assigned rightsholder organizations, focusing on scholarly communications solutions and AI. The role advises rightsholders, develops relationships with C-suite executives, identifies sales opportunities, increases revenue and product enrollment, improves operational efficiencies, and coordinates internal communications. The position is based near CCC’s Danvers, Massachusetts headquarters, requires travel to the office 2–4 times per year, and offers a base salary of $95,000–$120,000 plus incentive compensation.
