WRITER is hiring an AI Transformation Lead to serve as a strategic partner for Fortune 50–100 enterprise accounts. The role manages customer portfolios, leads ROI and value initiatives, builds C-suite relationships, drives AI adoption and P&L impact, orchestrates cross-functional transformation programs, and identifies expansion opportunities. It reports to the director of AI transformation and success and is available as a hybrid position based out of Chicago or Austin. Candidates need more than 10 years of strategic account management or transformation consulting experience, strong change-management and executive communication skills, and a background in management consulting or strategy advisory.
