The Strategic Business Analyst supports leadership by analyzing financial and operational performance, identifying trends and root causes, developing dashboards and KPIs, evaluating profitability and cost drivers, supporting forecasting and strategic planning, and providing data-driven recommendations. The role requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant business or analytics field, at least five years of experience in business analysis, financial analysis, business intelligence, or a related role, advanced Excel proficiency, and experience with large datasets, reporting tools, and business systems.
