Description
The Procurement Specialist will develop procurement strategies, manage indirect procurement services and commodities, maintain framework agreements, identify and evaluate suppliers, conduct competitive bidding and negotiations, conclude contracts, monitor supplier performance, assess market conditions, prepare reports and presentations, and participate in audits. The role requires a university degree in economics or engineering, English proficiency at the negotiation level, at least three years of procurement experience, advanced Microsoft Office Excel knowledge, contract and supplier management experience, high stress tolerance, and strong problem-solving skills.
