CACI is hiring a Senior Strategic Capture Manager to lead end-to-end capture execution for large, complex federal intelligence pursuits exceeding $75M. The role manages opportunity identification, customer engagement, capture strategy, win planning, cross-functional teams, milestone reviews, budgets, risks, and contract awards across DoD and intelligence community markets. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 10+ years of relevant federal business development or capture leadership experience, U.S. citizenship, and the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret or higher clearance; an active TS/SCI clearance is desired. The position requires up to 25% local travel and offers a national average salary range of $114,600 to $252,100.
