Description
Scout is hiring a Strategic Construction Contracts Manager to lead commercial contracting and negotiations for balance of plant and balance of systems construction services supporting utility-scale wind, solar, and energy storage projects. The role sits within Procurement, collaborates with Engineering, Construction, Development, Legal, Operations, vendors, and partners, and develops contract strategies, templates, systems, and continuous-improvement initiatives. The position preferably works from Scout’s Boulder office on a hybrid 3-2 schedule, though remote work is open, and requires a bachelor’s degree, at least five years of relevant BOP/BOS contract experience, complex negotiation expertise, technical and quantitative aptitude, strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
