Sandale Utility Products is hiring an entry-level Strategic Development Trainee to join its 18-month hands-on Profit Center development program. The trainee will progress through HDPE fusion technician, warehouse logistics, operations, and inside sales or project management phases, learning the business, supporting customers, and managing utility, municipal, mining, and industrial projects. The role requires a recent Canadian university or college graduate, strong customer service and communication skills, computer proficiency, and a valid driver’s license with a clean abstract.
