EMCO Corporation’s Westlund Industrial division is hiring a Strategic Development Program Trainee to complete a four-phase program covering warehouse logistics, operations, inside sales and project management, and outside sales and account management. The role requires a college or university degree or equivalent experience, strong customer service and organizational skills, communication ability, teamwork, and Microsoft Office proficiency. The salary range is CAD 45,000–50,000 per year plus relative profit sharing.
