EMCO Corporation is hiring a Strategic Development Program Trainee for a new plumbing wholesale business serving East Hants County, opening in early 2027. The role progresses through four phases covering warehousing, customer service, customer relationships and procurement, account management and proactive sales, and leadership and operations. The trainee will contribute across customer service, sales growth, warehouse and logistics, purchasing, and day-to-day operations, with progression toward coaching, mentoring, and strategic leadership. Requirements include a college or university degree, strong customer service and organizational skills, excellent communication, Microsoft Office proficiency, and a positive, results-oriented work ethic.
