TKMS is hiring a Strategic Energy Procurement Manager to develop and execute mid- to long-term energy procurement and goods-group strategies for electricity, natural gas, hydrogen, heat, emission certificates, and related services. The role covers demand analysis, hedging, risk management, decarbonization, PPA and certificate procurement, tendering, negotiations, supplier relationships, contract lifecycle management, market and regulatory analysis, and ESG reporting. Candidates need a relevant university degree or technical college qualification, several years of strategic energy procurement or energy management experience, strong negotiation and analytical skills, and fluent German and English.
